helping to change

I am Thokozani  Dlamini young person living at East Rand, me and local radio call “Kasie Fm 97.1” will be  embarking on a deed of goodwill as part of the global acknowledgement of Mandela day on Monday 18 July 2011, this is to celebrate the 67 years that former president Nelson Mandela dedicated to better the lives of fellow beings.
We will be paying a visit to a house in Kwa-Thema extension 2 to see a woman who has been living with HIV for 12 years, she lives on ARVs.she lives with a 7year old boy who was repeatedly raped for 2years,the boy has been damaged internally and needs attention so he can experience normal childhood. Some of the challenges facing this family:
·         They need food as no one works, a sustainable way to give them food must be found.
·         The house needs to be painted
·         Fencing is required for the yard, supposedly the gate should go with the fencing.
·         School uniform is needed for the boy
·         We’re also looking at making a food garden for the family.
These are but some of the challenges facing their family, we intend to use this beginning of our continuous help and bringing hope to them.
